3.Instructions for Use

• Operating Hours: 09:00-18:00 (subject to confirmation by customer service)
• Location: Xi'an Lantian General Airport;
• After successful booking, staff will confirm your itinerary via email and send you the location and contact information of the on-site staff.

• Important Note!! Flight experiences are subject to weather conditions and air traffic control restrictions, and therefore cannot be guaranteed every day. We recommend that customers place their orders in advance. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. If the flight is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

4.2. The Fee Does Not Include

• All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.

• Personal travel expenses to and from the base camp are the responsibility of the individual.

• Children under 6 years old are not allowed to fly.

• Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Most travelers can participate.
• For parties of 3 the maximum combined weight allowed onboard is 250KG.
• Passport number, full name, gender, date of birth and nationality are required at time of booking for all participants.
• The tour maybe can not go in heavy rain days or the visibility is poor.
