• Helicopter Base Operating Hours: 08:30-21:00 (Subject to weather and airspace conditions on the day; please consult customer service before departure)
• After placing your order, customer service will contact you immediately to send the specific location. On the day of the flight, please ensure each passenger brings their identification documents (required for signing the boarding agreement).  Presenting the name and phone number of the person who made the booking is sufficient to complete the boarding procedures.
• Boarding Locations: Shanghai Xinkong Helicopter (Longhua Flight Base)/Xingye Helicopter Flight Base/Fuxing Island Helicopter Base

• Before purchasing, please note [Disclaimer]: This product has different time slots/package options. Due to the project being easily affected by weather, system/scenic area regulations, and other factors, please consult customer service regarding availability before placing your order. If you place an order directly, and the order date is affected by force majeure factors such as system or scenic area regulations, resulting in changes or cancellation of the flight, you can negotiate with customer service to reschedule or receive a refund; no other compensation will be provided. 4. Pricing & Practical Information：

4.1. The Fee Includes

• Huangpu River helicopter aerial sightseeing flight - Lujiazui & The Bund
• Currently, there are 3 bases to choose from. Please click on the booking interface to select your base and flight package.
• Note: One flight can accommodate 6 people. Shared flights require a minimum of 6 passengers to take off. Private charters can accommodate 1-6 people. If a shared flight cannot be arranged, a full refund will be given, but no other compensation will be provided (placing an order implies acceptance of these terms).

4.2. The Fee Does Not Include

• All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned in the inclusions
• Additional expenses incurred due to force majeure

4.3. Child Policy

• Infants (under 2 years old) are not permitted to fly. Children (2-12 years old) must be accompanied by an adult.  Children and adults pay the same price for this program.

4.4. Additional information

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Most travelers can participate.
• For parties of 3 the maximum combined weight allowed onboard is 250KG.
• Passport number, full name, gender, date of birth and nationality are required at time of booking for all participants.
• The tour maybe can not go in heavy rain days or the visibility is poor. 

4.5. Tips: Before You Go - Essentials

• Visa: Make sure your passport and Chinese visa are valid.
• Cash & Payments: While mobile payments are popular, please bring some cash (RMB). We strongly recommend setting up Alipay and linking your international credit card; this will solve 95% of payment issues.
• Internet: Purchase a Chinese data SIM card or activate international roaming in advance. Download a VPN (such as Astrill or ExpressVPN) if you need to use Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
• Translation App: Download Google Translate or Microsoft Translate. Their "Live Chat" and "Camera Translation" features are lifesavers.
