Benguela is one of the most beautiful provinces of Angola, situated in the central west region, with dry tropical climate confined the by Atlantic Ocean.

At Benguela ,we can visit historic places in colonial history, superb beaches, winding interior rivers, national parks, and if you prefer to explore the excellent Angolan dance at pulsing nightclubs you can also find this scene here. 

Itinerary:

Day 1:

Pick up time: Usually, 7am - From your Luanda location discuss the meeting point with our guide or arrange pickup. Early VIP Coach bus intercity to Benguela from Luanda today.

Activities: On the first day we will ride around Acacias Rubras Park, visit the slavery museum (recently completed renovation in 2016), Populo church, and also the governor’s palace, historic radio station, and other historical buildings.

We'll cap it with a seaside meal at terminus restaurant or other en route if closed that day (Terminus Hotel restaurant at Restinga-Lobito - It’s 35 km between Benguela and Lobito.) 

Day 2:

Pick up time: 8:30 am

Activities: boat tour or barge tour 

Duration: 4h approx

On the second day of your tour, we will enjoy an ocean boat tour and appreciate the coastal scenery in different views and take in narrations.

Day 3:

Lobito tour 

Pick up time: 10 a.m

Duration: 5h (approx.)

Activities: visit the monuments and spend the day touring and end up relaxing on the beach at Restinga

Lobito is a small city of benguela situated in the middle of the sea looking deceptively like an island, so pretty that cruise ships have started to call there in recent years very regularly.

Day 4:

Pick up time: 9 am

Activities: a little safari in Chimalavera Park / Blue Bay / Caotinha Beach

Duration: all day 

We will start to blue bay to take some pictures and enjoy the incredible view, followed by Caotinha cliffs and beaches.

From here you will make your way to Chimalavera Park 

Chimalavera is a natural small park founded in 1974 with an area of 150 km. Here you can find primates, very elegant gazelles, and a huge variety of lovely birds for birdwatching.

Finally, at night we can have some fun in the club as you like, and while away the last hours of your last night with some of the best Angolan dancing (Tchirinawa and Kalunga are nice places) and nightlife!

Back to Luanda by VIP coach, and end of tour.
