• All services are paid in advance and are non-refundable within 90 days of booking. 

• Given rates only apply from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you wish to extend and require service outside the time frame, please contact us for rates.

• A confirmation voucher will be emailed once your booking has been made, no print-outs needed. Your driver’s information will be sent seven (7) days prior to the service booking.
