Itinerary

Day 1 - Nosy Be

Arrive at Fascene Airport. Your local guide will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. Take time to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2 - Nosy Be - Anfiky - Mahamasina - Ankarana National Park

Get up early and leave Nosy Be for Ankify, where a car is waiting for you. Make your way to Mahamasina after the transfer, then stop by Ankarana National Park, a natural gem known for its network of underground rivers and the rare geological occurrence known as tsingies. Ankarana National Park offers a variety of landscapes with a diverse range of trails. Hike through the nature reserve and get to encounter its impressive wildlife, including Nile crocodiles and blind cave fish, as well as stunning caves and underground rivers. You can also spot a variety of lemur species, such as the crowned lemurs and northern ring-tailed mongooses.

Day 3 - Mahamasina - Red Tsingy - Antsiranana

After breakfast, continue northward where you will encounter a stunning geological environment that has been formed by natural erosion and seepage brought on by climate change. Visit the Red Tsingy Reserve to see the imposing Tsingy Rouge, one of the most spectacular natural phenomena in Madagascar. ​​

Day 4 - Antsiranana -  Amber Mountain National Park - Antsiranana

Spend the day at Amber Mountain National Park. Being the first national park in Madagascar, it safeguards a wide variety of animals and flora due to its distinct microclimates from Diego Suarez. Discover the forest's diverse ecosystem, which features lakes, waterfalls, chameleons, and other rare wildlife species. After your meal at Joffre Ville, you will be taken to Diego Suarez.

Day 5 - Antsiranana - Nosy Hara National Park - Antsiranana

Journey to the idyllic, remote island of Nosy Hara. A little-known slice of paradise, Nosy Hara is home to one of the most magnificent seascapes in the entire world. Explore the island that is particularly made up of white sand beaches and marine Tsingy, which are typical of Madagascar. 

Day 6 - Antsiranana - Antagnavo Sacred Lake - Black Lemur Camp

Begin the day with a visit to the mystical Antagnavo Sacred Lake. Home to countless crocodiles, hear the fascinating legends and myths associated with the sacred lake. Continue to the wonderful Black Lemur Camp, where you will stay overnight. The Black Lemur Camp, which is situated in the Andrafiamena protected area, is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable and thrilling experience. With direct access to Madagascar’s amazing variety of plants, animals, and other wildlife, enjoy wonderful views of the forest while you unwind and take in the picturesque surroundings.

Day 7 - Black Lemur Camp - Cocoa Plantation - Ambanja

Take some time exploring the area at your own leisure. Then, head to the local market of the Antakarana tribe. Discover the rich cultural heritage of Madagascar and observe the locals’ way of life as you explore the local market and check out the selection of fresh produce as well as local souvenir items you can take home with you. Then, continue to Ambanja to see the cocoa plantation before heading to the hotel. 

Day 8 - Ambanja - Ankify - Nosy Be

Enjoy the day off as you choose. You can choose between visiting the stunning Andilana Beach to take in the island's majesty or exploring the ancient capital city of Nosy Be to learn more about the interesting heritage of one of Madagascar's earliest colonial cities. Spend the evening at the well-known Mont Passot to take in the spectacular sunset and breathtaking island views.

Day 9 - Nosy Be

Check out from the hotel after breakfast. With the help of your guide, transfer to Fascene Airport for your journey back home.
