Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Sapporo

Arrive at New Chitose Airport. Your local guide will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. Take time to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure before the welcome dinner to kick-off your adventure.

Day 2

Explore the Scenic Niseko

Start the day with a trip to Niseko to experience the majestic natural wonders of Niseko. Take in the tranquil beauty of Fukidashi Park, enjoy a relaxing stroll around the park, and try to drink the refreshingly cold spring water. You will then have local stops in Makkari and Niseko Kobo for lunch.

Visit the Quaint Rankoshi

Continue to the charming town of Rankoshi for an authentic farm experience. Interact with the local farmers, learn to prepare Japanese food using local ingredients, and enjoy a delightful home-cooked meal. 

Day 3

Admire the Spectacular Coastal Views in Shakotan

Take in the picturesque scenery as you depart Rankoshi for a drive to Shakotan, a charming town known for its reefs, clear waters, and wildlife. Enjoy a mouth-watering seafood lunch before making your way through the Cape Kamui trail to see the stunning ocean views. Afterwards, head down to Cape Shakotan to take a refreshing dip into the crystal clear waters and try out some exciting water activities. End the day with a relaxing onsen.

Day 4

Visit the Renowned Nikka Whisky Distillery

Begin the day with a drive to Nikka Whisky Distillery in the small town of Yoichi. Tour the facility, get an insight into the whisky production process, and sample a local Nikka Whisky. You will also get to know Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky. 

Explore the Charming Otaru

Start the day with a trip to Otaru, known for its canals and glassblowing. Upon arrival, take a walk along the scenic Otaru Canal lined with old warehouses as you listen to the story behind the fall of the canal. Continue to beautifully preserved Sakaimachi Street in the city center of Otaru and check out the popular destinations in the area. You will then meet back for an evening meal and make a short trip to see the beautiful night view from Tengu Mountain before heading back to your hotel. 

Day 5

Experience the Highlights of Sapporo

Make your journey back to Sapporo to explore the popular city highlights. Tour the impressive Historic Village of Hokkaido to get an insight into the history of Hokkaido, visit the fascinating Shiroi Koibito Park to try its famous white chocolate and souvenir cookies, make a wish at the elegant Hokkaido Shrine, and see the imposing Hill of the Buddha monument. You can also join a guided factory tour of the Asahi Beer Hokkaido Brewery before the farewell dinner to celebrate the end of an amazing tour. The last day tour can be customized to fit your interests and needs.

Day 6

Depart from Sapporo

Check out from the hotel after breakfast. With the help of the local guide, transfer to New Chitose Airport by Airport Limousine Bus for your journey back home.
