Continue your trek to Taironaka, an impressive archaeological site and nature reserve where a sumptuous local lunch is waiting. Admire the surrounding lush and tropical landscape and wander further through the forest until you reach the famous Poza Sagrada, a sacred place for the indigenous tribes where rituals and offerings are performed. You can have a refreshing and spiritual bath in this sacred place before trekking back to the starting point for about an hour. You will then return to Santa Marta in the afternoon.
