Mangoes and Chocolates: Paso del Mango Guided Day Tour

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia is a hidden gem known as Paso del Mango. Discover the ancient indigenous roads that once housed a Tayrona Village about 100 years ago as you ascend into the mountains and feel the drop in temperature as you go higher. 

As indicated in the name, Paso del Mango has an abundance of mango trees and during the harvesting season, you can help yourself to the ripe, juicy tropical fruits. Aside from the mango trees, you'll also visit a cacao farm and learn about how they turn it to become chocolates. In the afternoon, enjoy a refreshing dip in Poza del Amor, a stunning waterfalls surrounded by lush vegetation, and take a tour around a mahogany biological reserve.

Return to Santa Marta in the afternoon.
