From your accommodation, you will travel for about an hour. The walled town was founded by the escaped slaves back in the 17th century, and the people living here are the direct descendants. Upon your arrival, a local village tour guide will be with you through your tour in the village. You will walk through the highlights and visiting linked places from the escape that happened in the 17th century. Lunch wil be served and prepared by the village people cooked traditionally on wood. You will have more interaction with the palenqueros, a quick stop at the Typical Palenque Products Souvenir Shop before you leave to head back to the hotel.
