Cartagena Walking Tour

This morning your guide will pick you up from your accommodation in the city and you will begin your walking tour around the Torre del Reloj. Torre de Relock is the historical main gate of the fortress city of Cartagena and a central meeting point for most locals, so it is definitely bustling with life. Here is a great chance to meet and mingle with the locals and even the furry ones! If you have some spare bread you can feed some pigeons and squirrels. 

Your next stop will be the Centro Historico. Enjoy the sights of colorful buildings, cute cafes, and buy a souvenir or two from local handmade craft vendors sum up this trip. 

Your last stop will be Museo de Oro, which houses a captivating collection of pre-Colombian gold and pottery of the Zenú people and other archeological artifacts. Zenú people or Sinú are South American tribes or the indigenous people of Colombia. On this tour, you will learn about the Zenú culture, their mask and urn makings, and how Colombia is keeping their culture alive. 

Your transportation will pick you up after your tour and will back to your accommodation.
