Start your tour on a 4x4 ride to Jolonura region, your jump-off point for the trek. After having breakfast at the camp, have some splashing fun at the breathtaking waterfalls of El Eden and Santa Rosa. The rest of the morning and afternoon will be at your leisure.
After dinner, hear some interesting stories by the bonfire from the locals of the community. Then, spend the night at your back to basic camp with no Wi-fi, no electricity, and miles away from the buzz of the city.
Day 2 - Jolonura Region / Santa Marta
Today, start the day at around 5 in the morning, hiking for 2 hours towards a viewpoint. From the viewpoint, you will be able to appreciate Ciénaga Township, the well-known and historic Zona Bananera, and its aquatic surroundings. You'll also be able to see part of Barranquilla city, the Caribbean Sea, and its coal ports. Up north is Cerro Kennedy, Punta Brava, Agua Linda, Vista Nieve, San Lorenzo, La Tagua, and the coffee area of the Sierra Nevada.
