National Museum of Saudi Arabia and Al Murabba Palace Afternoon Tour

National Museum of Saudi Arabia located in the middle part of King Abdul-Aziz Historical Center is one of the finest in the Middle East, if not the world. Housed within striking modernist architecture and flower-wreathed gardens, the two-story museum contains eight well-designed and informative galleries covering Arabian prehistory, history, culture, and art. It exhibits everything from Neolithic rock art, to replicas of the buildings of old Jeddah, transporting visitors on a magically interactive tour of the ages. On this afternoon tour, we will explore the interesting departments of the museum including the ones that holds some of the King's personal possessions. 

After the museum tour, continue to the beautiful Al Murabba Palace, a site that provides an insight into the lifestyle of the Saudi Royal family. The palace was built in the traditional Nadji style just outside the walls of the old city of Riyadh and it's ornamented by palm-fronds layered walls. Feel like royalty as you stroll around the palace and get a glimpse of the reception salons, political offices, private quarters, and the breezy courtyard.
