Boasting gentle, temperate climate all year long while most of the Arabian Peninsula endures suffocating heat, Taif is a favorite summer retreat for the royals and commoners alike. The city is nestled upon the Al-Sarawat Mountains, this Mecca Province city is situated at around 1700 m above sea level.

Aside from its cool climate being its biggest attraction, Taif is also renowned for its rich agriculture, rose gardens, and friendly locals. Nowadays, the smell of a unique specie of rose perfumes the street and has ensured the continued celebrity of the region. In the evenings the open spaces in the villages, souqs, and the surrounding parks are packed with people enjoying its cool climate.

On this two-day tour, we will stay in a mountain house and experience first hand the wonderful daily lives of the locals.

You'll have free time in upon arrival to relish the refreshing evening breeze while you stroll around the village.
