There aren't opportunities for sightseeing or comfort, for special diets or luxuries, or for tourist cultural experiences. The whole trip and the transit IS the experience, and is rough, and very tiring. This trip in particular goes through areas that are known to be off-grid, nearly inaccessible, even haunted and mystic for locals.
