Itinerary


Day 1

After arrival at Fukuoka airport, our staff will meet you there. They will arrange the transportation and take you to the designated hotel. There is no hectic schedule for the day. You can take a rest or arrange plans like shopping.

Day 2

Explore Fukuoka's Tenjin district, with its many shops, restaurants, and museums. Visit the Kushida Shrine, one of the oldest and most important shrines in Fukuoka. Next, we will head out for Beppu. It is famous for its hot springs including the unique mud baths of Hells of Beppu, and your ryokan will likely have its private onsen. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying the ryokan's kaiseki dinner and hospitality.

Day 3

Take a day trip to Iki Island, just 30 minutes from Nagasaki Airport. This Island is known for its natural beauty, historical sites, and cultural attractions. This includes visits to shrines, temples, and ancient burial mounds.  Here you can buy local handicrafts. We also organize a visit to a national park that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will arrange your Glamping Stay here on the sandy beaches for relaxation, water activities, and enjoying the scenic views and local cuisine.

Day 4

Return to Fukuoka and explore Mount Aso Caldera. It is Japan’s only active volcano. Visit the Aso Museum to learn all about this volcano. Komezuka, a small, beautifully shaped volcanic cone on the northern slopes of Nakadake offers breathtaking views. There are pleasant walking trails in this vicinity. Here you can also take a direct peer to the spectacular Nakadake volcano. After the beautiful day trip, we will be back to Hita, Oita.

Day 5

Enjoy the morning on the traditional shopping street of Hita. Visit the Kuncho Sake Brewery Museum where you get to learn about Japan’s traditional drink and its history. You can buy one or two as souvenirs. Walking around this small town and exploring its pottery and other old-school activities is a splendid experience. We will also take you to Ryumon Falls, Bungomori Kikanko, and Takatsuka Atago Jizoson, which are located on the outskirts of this town. 


  • Consecutive night stay at Hita


Day 6

The next stop is Takachiho Gorge, which is full of natural wonders and offers a wide range of activities. Take a boat trip to Amano Iwato, a small island known for its natural beauty and traditional Japanese culture, and visit the Amano Iwota shrine which is a powerful spot and famous for Japan’s mythological God Amaterashu. From there, take a 10-minute walk down the river to Amano Yasugawara.

Day 7

Head to the city of Kumamoto for its luxurious onsens and gourmet delights. You can enjoy a top-floor view from the Grand Kumamoto Castle Tower. Spend the day visiting the shrines and natural parks. This city is a mix of the old and new and offers many beautiful places to explore.

Day 8

On the last day of the tour, we'll transport you back to your designated hotel. Take advantage of this last day to savor your own experiences and enhance the memories of your visit to Japan.
