Additional Information

  • The Airport Landing Airside Access Fee must be paid in person and will be determined by the size and specifics of the flight.

  • All services are paid in advance and are non-refundable within 90 days of booking. 

  • Given rates do not apply if you are traveling outside the city, please be advised that some of the locations might be inaccessible. Please contact us for rates outside the city.

  • A confirmation voucher will be emailed once your booking has been made, no print-outs needed. Your driver’s information will be sent seven (7) days prior to the service booking.

  • All of the vehicles are well-equipped with operational safety seat belts, functional air conditioning, clean, and well-maintained. 

  • All of the drivers are professional and have an excellent safety record.

  • The drivers should always drive at a reasonable speed and should not be speeding up.

  • The drivers should drive on central streets when applicable and avoid driving on backstreets.

  • Aside from your guides, drivers should never pick a “friend or comrade” or anybody else while transporting our delegates.

  • The drivers should always be polite with delegates and willing to help.
