Enter Marojejy National Park and begin your unparalleled Malagasy wildlife safari experience! Unquestionably a haven for nature lovers, the Marojejy National Park is home to a variety of indigenous plants and animals. No matter which route you choose to travel, Marojejy National Park provides the best opportunities to find both uncommon plants and unique wildlife. Set up camp and eat lunch when you get to Camp Mantella, then explore the campgrounds and go to the famous Humbert Falls. A thrilling nighttime excursion will also be had in quest of brown lemurs, greater dwarf lemurs, fork-marked lemurs, and if you're lucky, aye-ayes.

Day 3 - Marojejy National Park

Continue through Marojejy National Park while hiking in the direction of Camp Simpona, admiring the abundant and remarkably diverse variety of plants and animals. The reserve is home to many of Madagascar's most well-known furry inhabitants, including the elusive Silky Sifaka (Simpona). Next, proceed to Camp Marojejy for lunch before making your way to Camp Simpona, where you will spend the night.

Day 4 - Marojejy National Park

Make your way up Mount Marojejy, which has a peak altitude of 2132 meters. Enjoy the mesmerizing view of the North of the Island and the Indian Ocean before making your way down to the camp for lunch. After a quick rest and lunch, proceed to Camp Marojejy. Dinner and overnight at Camp Marojejy.

Day 5 - Marojejy National Park - Vohemar

Navigate your way through the primary forest to the park's entrance. You will enjoy a picnic lunch before traveling to Vohemar. Once you arrive in the city, head to the hotel to check in and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 6 - Vohemar - Daraina

Travel off-road to get to Daraina. The journey from Vohemar to the secluded paradise of Daraina is quite challenging. Expect a day filled with steep climbs, muck, and river crossings. Once you have reached the camp, take some time to relax at your own pace. Afterwards, go on a night safari walk to look for the elusive Aye aye.

Day 7 - Daraina

Discover the magnificent Daraina Reserve, which is less well-known but equally beautiful as other of Madagascar's most well-known locations. Home to the golden-crowned sifaka, Daraina Reserve is one of the richest and most ecologically delicate regions in the north of the island due to its undulating hills covered in deciduous and semi-evergreen forest. Get the chance to see one of the most elusive primates, which is exclusive to the reserve, and spot the hook-billed vanga, crested coua, Madagascar kestrel, and other interesting species along the way.
