Upon booking you will be supplied with a confirmation, voucher (not needed to print,) and the driver's contact number and a backup contact, in case of flight delays. ATA employs 4-door Sedan's for groups of 1-3, Mercedes and Toyota Minibuses for groups of 4 up to 6, and Toyota Coaster minibuses or Mercedes Microbuses for groups of 7-11.
All vehicles cannot allow full occupancy of seats, as excess baggage experiences have warranted spare space policies for a safe drive, and for keeping full rear visibility for the driver to the maximum extent possible. Therefore: A sedan for 4 people will only allow booking of 3 passengers, etc, for space and safety reasons.

1. All of the vehicles are equipped with operational safety seat belts.
2. Driver does not start driving until everyone has buckled
3. Clean, well-maintained vehicle
4. The drivers always drive safely (no speeding up)
5. The drivers don't use cell phone while driving
6. The drivers never pick up a ‘friend or comrade” or anybody else while transporting the clients
7. The drivers don't smoke in the vehicle
8. Professional drivers with excellent safety record
9. Optional: Drivers are instructed to meet travelers inside the airport with a visible sign upon exit from Customs/baggage claim

- There are no refunds under any circumstances once booked.
- We guarantee a ride, but due to traffic, the drivers can only do their best to be there on time. Many of the roads in Africa are beyond their control
- If the driver is late or you cannot find him, please call the number supplied.
- There has never been a driver show there more than 30 minutes late, and in those circumstances, there was martial law or gridlock. 80% of the time, driver are there early.
- You are not allowed to bargain with or harass the driver.
- In some of the more remote countries, the vehicle will be in rough shape from wear and tear, but it will get to you to your destination!
