Rivers State Cultural Center

After your breakfast in Golden Tulip Port Hartcourt hotel, a van will be picking you up to your first destination, River State Cultural Center also referred to as Rex Lawson Cultural Center. Artifacts that date back to the early 1900s, even before the city was founded are kept in here. Enjoy their cultural shows and literary events showcasing the different tribes of Port Harcourt. 


Mile 1 and 3 Market 

Before leaving Port Harcourt, a visit to Mile One and Three markets is a must! These markets are the largest open markets in Port Harcourt, like any other market, bargains can go low as you deal and prices could go as high as the product. Most products that can be brought in here are for souvenirs, local artworks, and handmade crafts.
