Serene and Fun Trip to Calabar for a Day

Kwa Waterfalls and River Sand Beach is famous for its serene location and a short hike. A time to clear your head, refresh, climb, and conquer the high staircases from the Kwa River to the Kwa Waterfalls viewpoint and wind down the Municipal Park for some free concerts.

After your breakfast at Channel View Hotel, a van will be picking you up to start your 1hr and 30 mins journey to Kwa Waterfalls. Upon arrival, artifacts are kept in the art room for viewing. You might be able to spot some monkeys, and love birds along the trail, make sure to turn off your flash if you wish to take their pictures. A trip to Kwa Waterfalls is ideal for couples, friends, or families who want to have some peace or meditate.

Enjoy free concerts from the local and indie artists in Calabar. As you chill with a beer in hand at the Municipal Hall's grassy area for the night. Interact with the locals, play games, and unwind in the field of Calabar.
