With its landscape diversity, gorgeous seas and geological curiosities, it is no wonder that Madagascar is dubbed as the "Treasure Island" of the Indian Ocean. Located off the coast of Africa, the island's 5000 km of coastline boasts pristine waters, perfect for a yacht charter with amazing spots for snorkeling and diving.

Nosy Be, an island off Madagascar’s northwestern coast, is the ideal starting point of this unforgettable multi-day cruise. The island's diversity is one of its biggest attractions, with contrasting environments of rich vegetation and powdery, white sand beaches.

From Nosy Be, we'll continue our voyage to the Northern Mozambique Channel, which sits in between Madagascar and the eastern coastal towns of mainland Africa. Thanks to the warm water currents of the area, the channel is a treasure trove of coral diversity and tuna. In fact, the area is the second richest in the world in terms of coral reef biodiversity and a rich fishing ground with tuna fisheries worth $2 billion per year.

Aside from these, you are also almost guaranteed to be greeted by different bird species and have an up-close encounter with sea turtles, dolphins and humpback and minke whales during the cruise. If adrenaline-rush is your vibe, then take the jet ski for a spin and explore some coral reef islets, rocky shores and sandy beaches.

Then, after a long day out in the ocean, have some relaxation time at the yacht Jacuzzi and enjoy drinks at the fully-equipped bar. All these while the crew prepares a sumptuous dinner for you and the rest of the gang.

After 3 to 4 days of cruising, you'll arrive at your chosen Mozambique coastal town or city. Beira, known as the heart of Mozambique, is a good disembarkation point any time of the year. The port city is situated halfway up the coast in Sofala province at the mouth of the Púngoè River. You can also alight at other equally interesting northern coastal cities such as Quelimane, Angoche Island or Pemba.
