Grand Comore Coastal Cruise and Beach Day Out Snorkeling Picnic | Day Tour from Moroni
We start up the day with a pickup at your chosen hotel anywhere in Grand Comore Island and briefing by our staff, after breakfast, and head around the circle road of the island to our staff's favorite secluded beach spots to make the most of your time on a trip or excursion, and head out by motorboat to enjoy a coastal cruise gazing at the volcano. Snorkeing at some prime spots is suggested but optional. We hit the white and black sand beaches of the ring road and circumnavigate the volcano the rest of the day back, taking in some of the best and most secluded spots to last us up until sunset.
TOUR ITINERARY:
It can take the whole day for the boat launch and back and the roundtrip circuit through the island to the black sand and white sand beaches and stretches where we can have a picnic and enjoy swimming snorkeling and serenity, so bring as much water as you may need for the day and any comfort snacks. Lunch is provided.
Bouni Beach and Village, Chomoni Beach and Village, and other beaches have no entrance fee in Comoros Isles. We use the best boat available for the day and do not go far from shore for safety.
A lot of totally endemic plants and birds, all rare by their very essence of evolving on a remote detached island, live within the forest and some around the rock outcroppings lining the coast. We will try to spot them in the nature and cliffs today as we go.
